Mainframe.one provides a 15-day return policy for defective children's picture books only. We are committed to ensuring the quality of our books and your satisfaction as a customer.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for defective books

  • Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of receipt

  • Books must be returned in their original condition with no additional markings, tears, or damage

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

What Qualifies as a Defect

A book is considered defective if it:

  • Arrives with missing pages

  • Has printing errors (upside-down pages, blank pages, smudged ink)

  • Has binding issues (loose or detached pages)

  • Arrives physically damaged (torn covers, water damage, etc.) that occurred prior to delivery

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@neo.mainframe.one

  2. Provide your order number, description of the defect, and photos if applicable

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number

  4. Ship the defective book back to us using the provided return shipping address

  5. Include the return authorization number with your shipment

Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify the defective book:

  • A replacement copy will be shipped if the title is in stock

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after inspection

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Non-defective books

  • Books showing signs of use (coloring, writing, stickers, bent pages)

  • Books returned after the 15-day return window

  • Books damaged after delivery
